I got amazing value for my money at Brooklyn Lodge. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a cozy wood burner adding to the ambiance. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from everything I needed, including a friendly pub at the end of the road. The owner, Paul, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in and providing us with helpful tips for enjoying our stay. it was a fantastic and enjoyable experience.
The breakfast experience could be improved by adding a microwave for additional convenience in preparing meals.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic, with everything within walking distance. It also offers on-site parking, which is very convenient. the pictures on the website accurately depict the inside of the apartment, and the layout provides plenty of space and work surfaces. the kitchen facilities are great, and the bathroom is clean and well-equipped.
There were some concerns about the cleanliness of the oven and kitchen utensils, but this was a minor issue that I was able to handle myself.

We loved the log fire and the spacious work surfaces. Despite some run-down areas nearby and occasional street rubbish, we felt safe and enjoyed our time. a lovely stay and only a short walk to the beach. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect location! Just a few minutes walk from everything! the nearby pub is lovely and friendly. the apartment is spacious, with brilliant decor. the photos don't do justice to how big it actually is. the shower room is huge and the upstairs TV is a nice touch. the owner, Paul, was extremely helpful and welcoming, even allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in. Our pug loved it too, with a food bowl provided. a perfect staycation.
The fan was too noisy to use, making it quite hot. the bed downstairs had a sinking side, affecting its comfort.
